Custody Battle Between Blac Chyna And Rob Kardashian Comes To An End

It seems like just yesterday Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian broke the internet with news about their little bundle of joy on the way. The model and entrepreneur Angela Renee White, also known as, Blac Chyna, was in a close-knit relationship with TV personality and businessman Robert ‘Rob’ Kardashian before things came crashing down, shortly after she gave birth.

On November 16th, 2016, Blac Chyna gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Dream Renee Kardashian. Although the couple had their share of up and downs, throughout the journey of Blac Chyna’s pregnancy and up until after she delivered their daughter, the two maintained their relationship.

Things began to reach its breaking point after Kardashian took to social media several times to bash his the mother of his child. He accused her of taking Dream, along with everything in their home, and leaving him high and dry, but the final blow came when Kardashian posted naked pictures of her on social media, accusing her of cheating with eight men and defaming her character.

The couple split soon after, but the fight was far from over. Blac Chyna went to court, several times, since March–alongside her lawyer Lisa Bloom, to battle over custody for their daughter. On September 15th, 2017 the custody battle was put to an end, as they reached an agreement. Reportedly, Kardashian will pay Blac Chyna $20,000 a month, and they have both been ordered to share 50/50 custody of their 10-month-old daughter.

Blac Chyna’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, says now that the custody battle is over, and if Rob Kardashian continues to keep his agreement and stay away from Blac Chyna, then she would not go forward with the domestic abuse hearing that was scheduled for September 18th, 2017. Bloom also mentioned to The Daily News, “Chyna is pleased that Rob has agreed to peacefully co-parent Dream with her, as she has been requesting all along.”

Although this isn’t the end of all of their problems, all in all, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian can finally turn the page on this chapter in their life.

But this would not be the end of it because years later Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian went to court once again but this time it was a case about defamation. After splitting in 2017 Rob Kardashian posted nude photos of Cyhna on instagram which was considered illegal. The court case took place 5 years after both disputed over their daughther, Dream. During April and May of 2022 the case was settled in which the Kardashian family won and Cyhna would not recieve compensation.
