“Can’t we all just get along?” That’s what we all think while we sit back and watch rap beef brew. (Which actually sounds delicious) But, sometimes you have to wonder, is the creation of these battles really worth it? I mean we all watched what happened with Nas and Jay-z, and that was brutal. Drake ate Meek Mill alive, several times. Hell, Remy vs. Nicki was pure savagery. But to some extent, they were all on an almost level playing field. This time around the ‘hateration’ seems like a long arduous, and pointless journey.

So, who is it? If the title didn’t give 50% of the problem away, it’s Cardi B and Joseline Hernandez baby.

The feud is somewhat outlandish given that in the summer of 2017 Joesline told The Breakfast Club, “I love Cardi, she’s amazing, she’s doing a great job…She’s popping.” What’s even crazier, is Cardi and Joseline, have similar backgrounds and goals. You know, the stripper turned music star- that wave is hot right now! So, it is more than confusing to see these Latinex Love and Hip Hop ladies not getting along. Especially when they could work together and get to that ‘schmoney’

This diss track is titled, “Hate Me Now”, and it drops several references about “dragging a Bronx Bitch”, and alludes to Cardi’s ‘bloody shoes’. So we kind of know, EXACTLY, who she is talking to. Although the song has been out for a few months, recently Jos teased us with a piece of the “Hate Me Now” video. Yes y’all, this garbage song has a whole video. What’s worse is the drag session that ensued on behalf of everyone’s eardrums.

Cardi is not sweating this, at all. Her, her millions, and her fiancé are continuing to be blessed! Ms. Almanzar is confident in the understanding that any response is unnecessary: She will not be providing Joseline any favors through a reaction. The funniest part of this is, the whole world knows how Joseline thinks her career was offset by Cardi. (See what I did there). I mean, she did perform at the Grammys, and I don’t recall Joseline even being at the Grammys, but I could be wrong.

The whole issue is pathetic and one-sided at best. But, everybody has to shoot their shot at some point.
