Bardi-Set? Off-B? Coffi-Bet? Does anyone know the appropriate relationship term for Cardi B and Offset? Also, does it matter? (Issa nah) It honestly doesn’t matter what you call them, the Hip-Hop romantic duo are definitely a hustling force to be dealt with. What’s even better than a loving hustling relationship, is a woman who can hustle herself into a new tax bracket!

Cardi B went from New York stripper in Fashion Nova jeans, to loveable ratchet record breaking rap star in Fashion Nova jeans. And, Fashion Nova loves it! So much so that they have partnered with Cardi for a full collection said to be released this Fall! The Cardi B Fashion Nova clothing line is just the latest big move for the rapstress.

Cardi is definitely becoming somewhat of a fashion icon, with her appearances at fashion shows, and shout outs to big name designers in her raps. But Cardi reminds us all that the best way for, “…rich people like me to stay rich,” is by “staying on a budget.” And she does that by mixing pieces from Fashion Nova to cover all that ‘bawdy’.  Ms. Bartier herself, also stated in an interview, “Fashion Nova is one of the only things that fits my body. These high end designers, I love them but, none of they jeans fits this ass.” (And I felt that in my soul)

Ms. Almanzar announced the news on her Instagram and the line is to be expected in October of 2018 with about 80-100 denim pieces, outerwear items and dresses for the more shapely type of lady. And staying true to herself, Cardi says the designs will be, “…crazy, because it’s what I like.” This baby bumping mami has already spent hours working with designers on what her line will look like, and the outcomes are seemingly well received. So you already know we can expect fun patterns, tops that let the girls do their thing, and hopefully a little something-something to get that schmoney in.

The CEO of the brand, Richard Saghian, believes in Cardi’s brand so much that he, “Can’t think of a better fashion icon for our first design collaboration”. And, who am I to doubt a CEO? Hell, I buy their clothes every few weeks, so they must be doing EVERYTHING right. Although I’d love to afford sliding my booty in some Gucci, I’m more than excited to see how Cardi B and Fashion Nova take care of these curves.
