Most anxiety disorders can be treated effectively, but many sufferers don’t get the care they need. Anxiety knows no boundaries, affecting rich, poor, and celebrities alike. Here are the strategies some famous people with anxiety use to cope.

  1. Whoopi Goldberg

Actress Whoopi Goldberg says she often uses vaping as a way to relieve stress. She  has even given her trusty vape pen a nickname, ‘Sippy.’

  1. Donny Osmond

Donny has suffered from panic attacks and acute anxiety. His own celebrity status was the trigger for his stress. Worried his long career would come to an end; he sought treatment that includes medication to combat the symptoms of his anxiety.

  1. Adele

It’s well documented that singing superstar Adele doesn’t like playing at large concert venues or festivals. She suffers from stage fright and fears that she won’t be able to deliver.
