Princeton Perez, Formerly of Mindless Behavior, Releases Christmas in Malibu Mixtape
Princeton Perez is taking us to Malibu for Christmas, and it’s safe to say, our bags are already packed.
The 23-year-old singer-songwriter and dancer has just released his holiday-inspired EP, Christmas in Malibu. Featuring a total of four tracks, Perez’s smooth-yet-riveting vocals and R&B/Pop flare have created new classics to vibe to–be it under the mistletoe or by a beach home’s fireplace.
Earlier this month, the California-born musician took to his social media to surprise his fans with an announcement of the Christmas in Malibu EP, revealing the official cover art.
Of course, the anticipation was high, as his supporters filled the comments with excitement. Christmas in Malibu made its premiere at midnight and instantly began climbing the charts on iTunes.
“I’m crying!!!!” Perez tweeted after the project’s arrival. “Thank y’all for riding with me so hard!!! Idk what I did to deserve y’all!!!”
As you can see, 2019 has been a great year for the former Mindless Behavior member. In July, he dropped his debut solo EP, Papi Chulo Prelude, which held bops like “Perfect World,” “Control,” and “POV.” Following its release, he then embarked on a successful meet-and-greet tour to celebrate the body of work with thousands of chulas and chulos.
However, good music is the gift that just keeps on giving, and Christmas in Malibu was the red bow on top of all of the dopeness Princeton Perez has given us this year.
We’re ready to see what 2020 will bring for Papi Chulo. Are you?
Christmas in Malibu is now available on all streaming platforms.
