A well shaped muscular body not only makes us look attractive but it is also a sign of a healthy and fit body. Here are top 10 ways by which you can build muscles:

1 Reduce fats by running: The first and the foremost thing that you would require to do before you start building muscles is to reduce the body fats. There is no better way to burn fats than by running. A 30 minutes run per day can bring down your fats to the muscle building level in just a few months time and then you can proceed ahead further with muscle building.

2 Protein Rich Diet: If you want to develop muscles, then you have to stick to a definite diet plan, which includes enough proteins and lesser fats. Proteins helps greatly in building muscles and the right protein rich diet would be help you greatly in building muscles. Your health is directly related to the quality of the food that you eat and the quality of food is determined by its constituents and calories. A high calorie diet combined with an idle lifestyle will not only make you fat, but could also make you sick as by in taking calories more than what your body can consume, you are basically overburdening it, which will impact its metabolism in an adverse way and this will ultimately have fatal results on your health.

On the other hand, if you are on a low calorie diet, then it may not be sufficient for carrying on your day to day physical and mental activities and this too will have a negative impact on your health. Then what could be the way out of this situation? Well, in order to remain fit and healthy for life, you have to have a balance diet, which has calories that are neither more nor less than what you require. In this way, you will not only remain fit, but will also feel energetic and vibrant.

There is a certain amount of calories that is required every day in the body. This amount varies from person to person. Kids will require less calories per day than an adult and in the same way women require less calories than men.  If the body does not gets essential amount of calories regularly then one can not live healthy for long. In the same way, if body gets more calories than it can burn, then the excess calories gets deposited in the body and then gradually become fats.

As we can understand from above points, that we need to intake just right amount of calories to be fit. In case we take more than needed, we should work out and try to burn the extra calories to balance the equation. However, the best way is to have a balanced diet and exercise moderately and regularly, so that we do not have to make an extra effort to balance the calories afterwards. This is the basic fundamental of food and diet and everyone who follows it correctly can remain healthy throughout his life.

You have to start with light weight exercise and do not involve yourself in heavy weights in the early days of your muscle building campaign. Do more of dips and squats to being things. They will set a strong foundation from where you can graduate to the next level of heavy weight training.

4 Graduate Slowly to Heavy weights: As said above, don’t try to do things too fast. You can’t develop muscles overnight or in a couple of months. Start slowly and try to graduate from light eights to heavy weights after a couple of months. If you try to do things too fast, or if you start with lifting heavy weight, you might end up with a serious injury which will put a halt to your muscle building campaign.

5 Rest properly: Rest is as important as exercise. If you indulge yourself in hours of training and don’t rest properly, then you won’t be able to develop muscles properly. Muscles too needs time to rest and when they do so, they develop much more quickly than otherwise.

8 Alter exercises to get best result: Trying same sets of exercises everyday makes body used to those exercise and the muscles starts to respond sluggishly to them after some time. Therefore, it is important to mix your exercises in order to get best results. Also, don’t forget to take occasional day offs to rest. This will also helps the body muscles to develop quickly.
