Yovanna Momplaisir Prepares to Join Bravo’s ‘RHOA’ Full-time for Season 13
If you were tuned in for season 12 of Bravo’s Television show the real housewives of Atlanta ‘RHOA” then you were one of the many who had a front row seat for all the drama that got stirred up between the cast. As most of us know NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore especially have the habit of bumping heads with each other when they’re around one another. In season 12 the friction between the two grew stronger as Kenya took shots for NeNe and NeNe fired back at her.
We also witnessed Kandi figuring out her work and personal life. Kenya remained separated from her husband Marc, Eva continued to deal with her crazy ex Kevin McCall, Porsha and Dennis remained engaged, and Cynthia spent more time in LA with her fiancee as NeNe promoted her new show. For the upcoming season 13 of ‘RHOA’, there are talks swirling around of a not so new cast member transitioning to join the cast full-time. Although there was drama between her and NeNe Leakes in season 12, Yovanna Momplaisir is said to be joining the real housewives of Atlanta full time on season 13.
Yovanna Momplaisir has appeared in other reality TV shows such as say yes to the dress, and Bridezillas. On the real housewives of Atlanta, Yovanna originally made her guest appearance during season 11 and 12 so she is far from new to the drama that took place season 12. It is also said that her story line will revolve around the same scandal that played a part in making season 12 juicy so we will have to wait and see.
In an interview with Kenya Moore about the upcoming season 13, and her opinion on Yovanna Momplaisir joining she said, “TMZ didn’t say that she would be a peach holder, but I don’t think she would be anything full-time other than full-time of BS. I’m kind of over her and the situation and to see that she was plotting to dig up. Why would you want to do that? Just so you could be a part of the show? I’ve never done anything to her personally to have her plotting against me and trying to embarrass me and my family, so it’s a no for me.”
In regard to the show getting new cast members, current cast member Kenya Moore also stated, “Listen, I’m not a network, I’m not the production company. I won’t speak to who should be back and who shouldn’t be back, but I definitely think we need a cast shake-up. I think that we need fresh faces. I think with all of the franchises, what keeps them interesting is that you have new people, so I think that we definitely need some new people.”
