Just months after unveiling his latest EP, Jacksonville, NC, bred rapper, songwriter and entertainer ROYAL is gearing up to release his new project. Already a force, Royal, born Andre Watson, has already created with the likes of Demi Lovato and Tory Lanez among others. He is now set to team up with OVO Sounds engineer Angie Randisi and Sauceboy, for a perfect mesh of sound and synergy.
Back in March Royal released his EP, Only For The Night. With just four tracks, the project is a teaser, highlighting his growth and what’s to come from the young emcee. Demi Lovato even goes off on “Demi’s interlude,” a memorable look for the artist.
Up next, the yet to be titled forthcoming project from Royal will be released this Fall. It looks to build on what he’s already accomplished as he perfects his sound and his offering to an already loaded industry.
“Genuinely and humbly speaking, I feel like this album is exactly what this industry needs,” Royal shared a bit of what he feels listeners can expect from the project. “Authentic, audible, substance-filled music that’s intend to inspire people all across the world. It’s not gender or background specific, no matter who you are or what background you come from, you will be able to relate and digest it.”
