Amber Heard’s fans have reacted angrily at Doja Cat for mimicking her viral testimony
American singer and rapper Doja Cat has been called out for mimicking Amber Heard’s testimony during her trial against ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The twenty six year old singer took to her tiktok page saying her puppy was recently stung by a bee, just like the actress, Amber Heard once experienced and was asked to recount during her testimony in her defamation lawsuit.
“It’s honestly hella sad ‘cuz like, she’s a puppy, my dog,” Doja told viewers. “And I’ve had her for like a week and a half, maybe two weeks now. And she like, was just running around in the grass, and she steps on a bee.”
Y’all know what time it is,” she said. “Y’all know what f*cking time it is!”
She went on the imitate the actress’s ‘viral wince’ and gestures, squinting her eyes and jerking her head mimicking Amber.
My dog stepped on a bee,” she said again, adding a twitch for dramatic effect. “She stepped on a f*cking bee. My dog stepped on a bee!”
Fans reacted to Doja Cat’s video saying:
“Doja Cat mocking Amber Heard isn’t funny and it never was when y’all did it months ago too,” one user wrote.
Another twitted, “It doesn’t matter if you believe she’s lying or not, MAKING FUN OF A SEXUAL ASSAULT TESTIMONY WILL ALWAYS BE GROSS.”
“The fact that it was a trend on TikTok is the thing that pissed me the most out of that trial. That ppl had no shame making fun of that testimony,” the tweet added.
