On July 13, the news broke about how Tristan and his on-again, off-again girlfriend were expecting a son. This is seven months after their latest separation.
“Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for this beautiful blessing”. The Kardashian’s rep was reported to have said “We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family”.
Even with this development, it does not seem the 38 year old Kardashian and her 31 year old ex were back together. It is reported that the have not spoken outside of co-parenting their 4-year-old daughter, True who was welcomed in April 2018. She was born a year after the athlete became a dad to his son, Prince with now ex Jordan Craig.
The couple split in February 2019 following multiple cheating scandals on Thompson’s part. They had reconciled the following year. But it was short lived as the NBA player was again, unfaithful. He admitted to having sex with Maralee Nichols in March 2021 in court documents released nine months later
“His whole declaration is in this thing which says, ‘I slept with her.’” Kim K said in a June episode of the family’s reality TV show.
The Skims founder also noted that at the time Nichols was pregnant with a son. She admitted that Khloe wants a baby boy and “now this girl is having a fcking baby boy? A fcking random that he sleeps with one night? F*ck him.” Nichols birthed a son named Theo later that same month.
The entire Kardashian family were enraged by this betrayal although Khloe told Robin Roberts in April that Thompson is “not the guy for” her. She is currently dating a private equity investor.
Khloe and Thompson conceived their son in November 2021 before the cat, representing his transgression, was let out of the bag. Prior to their split, the couple admitted that they had plans to give True a sibling.
