Boosie Badazz may have dabbled in ‘street pharmacy’ back in his hay day, but who would of thought he was a drug counselor as well! The Louisiana native is setting off the new year by apprising his fans about using fentanyl and the spike in deaths associated with the perilous drug. On Sunday (Jan 1), the “Love Yo Family” rapper hopped on Twitter to stigmatize the usage of fentanyl in honor of all the individuals whose lives where ruined or lost due to the narcotic. “If drug addicts need their fix, they should go back to crack,” which he feels is a more ideal alternate, according to Boosie.

The “Trust Nobody” spitter posted on his Twitter page: ““Ay, check this out, it’s too many people dying in 2022 fu**ing with fentanyl. If you go be an addict you might need to go back to crack. Crackheads live longer than anybody, you still see them around. Boosie went on: “That fentanyl sh*t is way stronger. If you can’t shake it, go back to crack. You go be funnier [and] you go live longer. Food for thought.” Given how many people have lost their lives and souls due to crack cocaine, Badazz’s recommendation may rub some folks the wrong way.

Recently, Boosie made the news for calling out YSL members for taking plea deals and leaving Young Thug in jail. Next to a screenshot of Trontavious Stephens (bka “Slug) in a courtroom, the “Period” rapper wrote: “STRAIGHT BITCH. N*GGAS LIKE THAT GO DIE N CAR WRECK R SOMETHING.” Uncle Murda even chimed in on the matter, mentioning Boosie calling out YSL members on his year end wrap-up diss record “Rap Up 2022.”

In addition, the “Different Cloth” rap star claims he’d like to to make a motion picture about Gunna, Young Thug and their YSL codefendant’s RICO case that has Thugger still locked in the slammer. Intensively into self-funded movie production  these days, last week at Clark Atlanta University Badazz premiered his latest endeavor, Where’s MJ. While at CAU, the “Yes U Are” spitter talked about his next initiatives and showed interest in telling the YSL tale. Boosie remarked, “I’ll document it. I’ll shoot the film. Free all them boys. I don’t want nobody in there.”

What do you think is a worse drug — fentanyl or crack cocaine?
