Zendaya paid $1 million per Euphoria episode?! The word on the street is that Miss Coleman’s contract for season 3 of Euphoria is coughing up some pretty big coins!

But… is it true or fake news? Well, the Euphoria actress has come to terms with HBO and her new negotiation will make her one of the highest-paid actors on the boob tube. She’s also (perhaps) the youngest in history to strike such an agreement, according to Puck News.

Reportedly, Zendaya will now be earning roughly $1 million per episode for her profoundly thought-provoking depiction of Euphoria’s focal character, Rue Bennett — a high-school student whose anguish causes her to entwine with substance abuse following the death of her father. The 26-year-old big-timer has won both Emmy and Golden Globe awards for the role.

While accepting her second trophy at the 2022 Emmy Awards, Zendaya said: “My greatest wish for Euphoria was that it could help heal people. I just want to say thank you to everyone who has shared their story with me. I want you to know that anyone who has loved a Rue or feels like they are a Rue, I want you to know I’m so grateful for your stories, and I carry them with me, and I carry them with her.”

In addition to winning lead actress, the Spider-Man: Far From Home star was nominated as a producer on Euphoria for ‘Outstanding Drama Series.’ Had Zendaya pulled it off, she would have made history as the youngest executive producer to win the award.

Zendaya is now inducted into the $1 million per episode milestone club, along with the Game of Thrones starring cast, the Friends crew in their last season, Elisabeth Moss for her role in Shining Girls, Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman for HBO’s Big Little Lies, and a few others.
