Uh oh, Travis Scott wanted by the NYPD for questioning?! Thing is, what did he do to get himself into trouble?

Officials say early Wednesday (Mar. 1) morning, the “Sicko Mode” rapper supposedly punched a sound engineer in the face at a Manhattan nightclub and also caused $12,000 worth of damage.

According to a statement released by the department, NYPD officers from the Midtown Precinct South were called to West 41st Street around 3:25 a.m. Apparently, a sound engineer at Club Nebula claimed “he was involved in a verbal dispute with” Travis Scott.

The sound engineer said Scott ramped up the argument “into a physical altercation.” According to the New York Police Department, the Houston native “punched the victim with a closed fist on the left side of the face.”

Scott was in Irving Plaza at a Don Toliver show earlier in the evening, which is not too far from Club Nebula (roughly 25 blocks south).

A representative for the “FRANCHISE” hitmaker stated they were not cognizant of what took place in Club Nebula and preferred not to make an unmediated comment.

31-year-old Jacques Bermon Webster II, better known around the globe as Scott, is the longstanding beau of makeup mogul Kylie Jenner. The power couple has two children together.

The rap star’s name is also in conjunction with a Texas music festival in November 2021 that ended fatally, after 10 people died while attending his Astroworld show.
