‘A Black Lady Sketch Show’ is cancelled on HBO after having 4 incredible seasons on the network. 

It seems as though our nightmares have come to the surface as we find out that A Black Lady Sketch Show is coming to an end after serving us 4 wonderful seasons on HBO.

Robin Thede, who is not only an actor on the show but also the writer and producer of the show has agreed with HBO that it is time to let the show have it’s end.

The show had it’s final season back in May and a wonderful end to a beautiful start. 

She believes that the show has ended on an incredible note and is happy about the new projects that she will be working on with HBO. 

If you have never seen A Black Lady Sketch Show now is the time to watch it now without having to wait on a new episode.

A Snippet of ‘The Black Lady Sketch Show’ 

The show consists of Black women who lived relatable lives but didn’t follow traditional expectations. It created a new sense of womanhood and the ability to paint our own picture of what our life should consist of. 

Although, the show will no longer be aired Robin is still working vigorously to create a new comedy series which will be called Disengagement
