Rapper Lil Yachty had a few words for Drake fans who thought For All The Dogs was dropping on the morning of Aug. 25. The Canadian rapper’s much anticipated eighth studio album has had everyone waiting at the edge of their seats. However, to the disappointment of many, nothing dropped as of yet.

“By the way, I know you thought For All The Dogs was coming out tonight. Joke’s on y’all because no one ever said that it was. You gotta stop believing things you hear on the internet,” Yachty hilariously teased in a TikTok video.

He even took to Twitter to hammer his sentiment home as well, calling everyone “stupid” for even thinking that For All The Dogs was even coming out on Friday morning.

“Y’all stupid, no body even said for all the dogs was comin out tonight,” he tweeted.

Now it’s no secret that Yachty and Drizzy are seemingly very close, so its safe to say that he probably has the inside scoop on For All The Dogs. However, he hasn’t said a word about it since his last two posts on social media. As a result, Drake fans everywhere have been losing their s**t which is seen in the comment section of Lil Yachty’s latest TikTok video.

“PUT DRAKE ON THE PHONE RN!” user @Aria wrote.

“I’m waiting for Drake,” user @Jaxon commented.

“TELL DRAKE TO DROP,” user @L E X I wrote.

“DRAKE NEED GET ON HIS ZOOM,” user @[diamond emoji] commented.

One fan even responded to Yachty with a theory on Twitter.

“…Usually when artists drop a cover art for their album, they drop it within that week Drake has done that for at least his last 3 projects, we all assumed that stayed the same especially since he’s done multiple surprise drops before,” user @TervisScoot tweeted.

Meanwhile, Drizzy has been living his best life and posting footage of his latest It’s All A Blur Tour while fans wait impatiently for his new album to drop.
