Lizzo was recently named in a lawsuit filed by her former backup dancers; Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noele Rodriguez, alleging workplace harassment and sexual harassment among other things. But Lizzo isn’t sitting back anymore. Lizzo sets out to countersue her accusers as she vehemently denies all accusations.
According to the former dancers, Lizzo had forced them during her tour to go to a topless show in Paris. Also to Amsterdam where they ate bananas straight out of peoples vaginas.
The problem with these claims is, however, the photo evidence Lizzo’s lawyer, Marty Singer says that he has, which, contradict their claims of being forced. In Singers’ words, the dancers were “happily cavorting backstage” after they were supposedly forced into doing things against their will.
Also, the dancers did not quit working for Lizzo after the two incidents. Rather they proceeded with her to the third leg of her tour. The icing on the cake is Davis, one of the accusers, singing Lizzo’s praise in an audition about one month after the Paris incident. Someone has got to be lying. Although he said that some things happened after the third leg of the tour, things still don’t add up.
The attorney for the former backup dancers has countered Singers’ argument with the fact that the dancers had bills to pay and that they only cooperated with Lizzo because of that. He says that they are now fed up and want her punished.
The Twitter streets are not hearing Singer though. About 80% of the people are currently slandering the ‘Rumors’ singer for the lawsuit claims.
