Juicy J is the hero of our time! Going to any length to protect the mental health of the people, Juicy advocates for the country’s mental health in his own ways. One of these ways is wearing a straight jacket. Which, according to him, signifies that you don’t have to do too much to get help.

For those of us who don’t know what a straight jacket is.

A straight jacket is according to the Cambridge Dictionary – ‘A strong garment with long sleeves which can be tied together to confine the arms of a violent prisoner or mental patient.’

Juicy took his fight for the people’s mental health one step further yesterday, when he went to the Good Morning America show in none other than a straight jacket. In his quest to promote his book ‘Chronicles of the Juice Man,’ on GMA, co-written with Soren Baker, the rapper wore a straight jacket and a Hannibal Lector mask. Looking just like a fugitive would.

Unfortunately for him, one of the staff at GMA felt like he was doing too much to get help. The said staff was also very vocal about what they wanted on the show and what they didn’t. Just as Juicy is about mental health and substance abuse. In the end, he had to change out of his fugitive outfit into more normal clothes.

Ever since the death of his old friend, Gangsta Boo on the 1st of January, 2023, which was due to her overdosing. The rapper has taken it upon himself to help anyone with substance abuse problems and mental health issues.
Even his last project ‘Mental Trillness’ (18 tracks) featuring the late Gangsta boo and many other artists was dedicated to the cause.

Juicy urges people to use the 988 Suicide Crisis Lifeline if need be and we sincerely wish him geoduck in his quest to rid the world of mental health illness and substance abuse.
