Many fans have been wondering why Trippie Redd canceled his Take Me Away tour some months back. Recently, the rapper provided some context for what took place, and it’s a solid explanation. Trippie Redd took to social media to explain the reason for the tour cancelation – Here is what went down.

Why Did Trippie Redd Concert Get Cancelled 2023?

After the release of his mixtape “A Love Letter To You” in August of this year, the rapper was planning a tour. However, Trippie Redd’s company confirmed the tour cancellation on September 1st without providing any explanation.

Although several fans were disappointed and vented their frustrations online, the rapper eventually cited “illness” as the reason for the postponement of his tour. Furthermore, he canceled a performance at a festival.

There are more updates as the rapper finally reveals the real reason.

He said, “I’m dropping a project named Saint Michael, right? What if I was to tell you that’s my son’s name, and I canceled my tour because I had to deliver my son?”

Additionally, the rapper revealed that he just became a father. He said, “Y’all sitting there, bashing me, saying all this crazy stuff. And here I’m just bringing my child into the world, you know?”

The latest EP by the rapper shares a title with the name of the child, as the rapper saw his child as his muse: Saint Michael White. As of right now, we don’t have any information to identify who the mother of the kid is, especially considering that the rapper is publicly single.

When is the Take Me Away Tour happening?

We are yet to have any updates if Trippie Redd will still be pulling off the Take Me Away Tour 2023.
