This might just be the final piece of the embarrassment for the embattled mogul. An alleged Diddy sex tape is circulating on social media, with posts mentioning that the leading lady is Daphne Joy, 50 Cent’s baby mother. The videos started appearing on X (or Twitter for the old heads), in the early morning hours. As it has made its rounds, the debates are on whether it is actually Diddy are ongoing, but whether it is real or not, netizens are already claiming it to be real.
The Diddy sex tape comes as the rapper is in prison, serving a four year sentence on 2 counts of prostitution. The sentence is currently being appealed, and the expectation is that it was supposed to be an expedited appeal, but there has been no progress since the appeal hearing on April 9th. The argument for the appeal is two-fold, one being that the court erred in the ruling and that he should not have been convicted. The other being that even if he were guilty of the two counts, the sentencing was disproportionately high, and that prosecutors and the judge were using the other accusations against him in making him serve for so many years.
Part of what we learned from the court case was the way the “freak offs” played out, with several witnesses detailing the sex sessions. Normally, the women in these situations would engage in sexual acts with a man, while Diddy would watch, and give directions. The sessions were recorded and the implication was that sometimes he would threaten the women that he would release the videos is they tried to stop agreeing to the sessions. Those more serious charges all came back not guilty.
Who is Daphne Joy?
Daphne Joy is an actress and model, who even launched a fashion line a few years ago. She is famously known for being the mother of Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson’s son, Sire. Daphne and 50 dated from 2011 to 2012. She is also believed to be the woman name Jane, who testified to getting a monthly stipend from Diddy as part of a relationship that included her participating regularly in freakoffs. Her spiraling testimony lasted 6 days. While she has never confirmed publicly that she was Jane, 50 Cent has all but outed her with his comments.
Is it Diddy in the Alleged Sex Tape Leak?
The alleged Diddy sex tape leak does follow that same sort of pattern of events. A couple are seen on camera engaging in sexual activities and a man is heard in the background giving tips and suggestions on what to do next. The voice does seem to sound like the mogul in question. The woman on the screen also favors Daphne Joy, though the visual is not perfect quality. The third man also appears on screen for small glimpses. Though less clear then the other two individuals, it is debatable on his identity. Once again, the internet commentators is divided.
For those that don’t believe it’s Diddy, they say the man in the video does not appear to have some of tattoos that Diddy is known to have, particularly on his back. The full back tattoo is an easy identifier for the man they call Diddy.

Who leaked the video?
As for the Diddy leak… Another video with DJ Vlad circling around on X, identities the leading male on the video as adult film Star Sly Diggler. Some are even saying that Vlad may have had a part in the leak, considering that he had a viral interview with the man in the alleged video.
The question remains, who leaked the video, if it were real? Would be hard to believe anyone but Diddy and his closest confidants had access to the recording. Maybe more will come out soon to give us more clues.
