Whether you are new to the Kung Fu Panda franchise, or an avid fan, Kung Fu Panda 4 is the movie you need to see this March.  We tell you why, in our Kung Fu Panda 4 movie review.

Jack Black returns as Po in the latest installment of KFP. While he delivers at every turn, it’s the supporting cast that really drives this movie home.  Newcomers, Awkwafina as Zhen and Viola Davis as the villain are paramount to this story and help defy all expectations viewers might have had for the film. From the moment Zhen is introduced, the wild ride gets even more exciting.

Kung Fu Panda 4 movie posterThose seeing Kung Fu Panda for the first time with this film, can still connect with the movie because character development is important.  Each character, new or old, is identified and their connection to Po is known immediately.

While Kung Fu Panda 4 centers heavily about a journey to finding a new level of Po, there is still plenty of action to keep viewers engaged.  There’s so many layers to this movie that adults will be entertained just as much as the children.  It’s a movie for all ages.

No word yet on if there will be a KFP5, but its safe to say that it is likely. Be sure to watch Kung Fu Panda 4 a few times before another one comes around!  You’ll certainly want to go back and watch the other movies in the franchise too!
