Jamie Jones, a Baton Rouge, Louisiana native, knew at a very early age that entertaining was a passion of hers. She has been writing books, songs, poems and scripts since Elementary school. For a while, Jamie focused on music. Whenever she opened her mouth to sing, heads turned. People would be so amazed that a little girl so shy could have a voice so strong. There was no doubt that she could sing. She even sang two songs at Victoria Rowell’s (formerly Drusilla of Young & the Restless) book signing. But Jamie realized that the world of literature was what she wanted to focus on. Mrs. Jones familiarized herself with the world of writing at a young age, expressing herself through stories and scripts that she performed for her family. She acted as each character and determined that entertaining people through books was what she wanted to do. And so, she went for it!
Passion Street Publications was born with Jamie Jones as Founder and CEO. She’s already released two books, Echo of Her Cry and Echo of Her Cry II: The Journey Continues-available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble and www.iamjamiejones.com. Her books have received great reviews! She is keeping all publishing doors open, but she’s ready to set Houston, and subsequently the world, ablaze with her beautiful, printed creations.
