Young Thug Arrested Once Again, This Time At Atlanta’s Lenox Mall
Young Thug is in trouble yet again. Thugger was doing a little Christmas shopping at Lenox Mall in Atlanta, but it was cut-short when the rapper was escorted out of the mall in handcuffs by police. Why was Young Thug arrested???
TMZ reports that Young Thug, born Jeffery Lamar Williams, didn’t do anything wrong Thursday night in Lenox Square Mall. It was something he had done previously that got him caught. The rapper had apparently missed a court date for excessive window tinting in the past. The cops at the mall weren’t even looking for Thugger, but just happened to bump into him while responding to a report of a stolen vehicle.
Once the police recognized who he was, they put two and two together and took him away in hand-cuffs for missing his court date. Young Thug was booked for the warrant, however he was released after he posted a $500 bond.
This isn’t the first time the “About the Money” rapper has been arrested in the state of Georgia. Last year, he was arrested at a residence in Sandy Springs for making “terroristic threats.”
Thugger was escorted out of Perimeter Mall when he “threatened to shoot a security guard in the face.” He was later arrested and served a warrant.
This more recent Young Thug arrested news comes after Young Thug got in trouble for insulting airline employees earlier this month. He told two female Alaska Airlines employees that he would give them both $15,000 if they quit their jobs.
“These two ants are so rude,” he said, while being filmed. “They’re peasants. They’re saying the manager’s on the way. I don’t want to talk to the manager. Your manager a peasant. Y’all ants. I’ll give y’all bum-ass hoes 15,000 apiece to quit your jobs. I’m giving you bums one more chance.”
Young Thug’s mom later straightened him out and made him apologize.
