Fox’s EMPIRE Casts “Trapped In The Closet” Star, Eric Lane For Season 3
Empire continues to out do itself. As it becomes a global television dynasty, the show is constantly adding seasoned fresh talent. With R. Kelly recently announcing more chapters of “Trapped In The Closet”; Empire cast Eric Lane, who plays “Twan”, R. Kelly’s co-star and right hand man in the R&B Opera.
Eric Lane is from the South-side of Chicago. He currently, resides in Los Angeles. Mr. Lane burst onto the scene in the hit independent film “One Week”. His star continued to rise, being in other films like “Barber Shop” and “Waist Deep”. He was on several televisions shows from “The Parkers”, “Soul Food”, “Prison Break” and “Chicago PD”.
The recurring role Lane will play on Empire will knock viewers out. He plays, “Drop” the right hand man of Xzibit’s character “Shine”. Now, “Shine” has his right hand man back on his side, anyone is bound to get dropped, even Lucious Lyon. The third season will premiere on Wednesday, March, 22nd. Check your local listing.
