The Mario “Let Me Help You” Video Is Here. Take A Look…
R&B heartthrob Mario wants to help you; however, it’s up to you to let him. The Maryland singer just recently unleashed the official video to his latest single, “Let Me Help You”. After the release of his 2016 dance hit, “I Need More”, Mario is taking things to the next level, offering up some Island vibes this time around.
“Girl, I know that you got weight on your shoulders, and I can tell that it’s pushing you lower. You got me sitting right here, but you’d rather struggle so your conscience remains clear. ‘Cause you don’t wanna owe nobody (nobody). But, girl, I want some of your body (your body). Tell me what I gotta do to show you that I’m different.” he sings over the reggae influenced beat.
Directed by Mario, himself, and Meg Gamez, the “Let Me Help You” visual opens with the singer taking a stroll down Malibu beach. Seconds later, he locks eyes with a blonde-haired beauty sitting in the sand. As the two shoot glances at each other, her mate walks over and appears to be unhappy at the flirtation going on between the two. The extreme anger leads the R&B crooner to believe that she’s in a destructive relationship, and he makes it his duty to ‘help her’. Throughout the video, Mario sings, vying for her attention, making it known that he’s willing to remove her away from such toxic situation.
As the plot progresses, he spots her mate booed up with another woman at the club. Finally saying enough is enough, the leading lady gives up and gives in, finding her way into Mario’s arms.
“Let Me Help You ” is from his forthcoming spring EP. See the official video below.
