Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir Wedding Special Is Coming To BET This Fall
Watch out, world. ‘The Wopsters’ are coming to BET. Rapper Gucci Mane and his longtime girlfriend-turned-fiancée, Keyshia Ka’oir, recently announced that they’d be getting their very own wedding special series, airing this fall. Executive produced by Carlos King (The Real Housewives of Atlanta), the soon-to-be-titled docuseries will follow the couple’s road to becoming newlyweds and their process of blending two families before they join hands in holy matrimony. While Gucci continues to rise to the top of the rap game–prepping for his forthcoming autobiography, Keyshia thrives as the successful CEO of her own cosmetics line, Ka’oir Cosmetics, and fitness company, Ka’oir Fitness. Together, the two must take on the stressful duties of maintaining full-time careers and planning a wedding extravaganza. Filming for the series special is set to begin this summer and will premiere on their actual wedding date, October 17th, 2017, on none other than BET. Though it is unclear as to how many episodes are to be expected of the series, we do know that the televised occasion will provide the fans a documented look at the Gucci Mane and Keyshia Ka’oir’s lifestyle, behind the scenes, and their beloved union.
Known as the media’s proclaimed power couple, the internet hasn’t stopped talking about the pair since Gucci got down on one knee, in the middle of an Atlanta Hawks’ game, and asked for Keyshia’s hand in marriage, with a 25-carat ring, last year. The two met on the set of Gucci’s video shoot, where Keyshia appeared as one of the video models, and have been together for seven years.
