The ever elusive Jay Electronica only pops up ever once in awhile to drop a new track as fans patiently (very patently may I add) wait for Jay to finally reveal when his debut album Act II: Patents of Nobility (The Turn) will finally drop. Well, we’re here today to say the jury’s still out on that news, but at least Jay blessed us with “Letter To Falon”.
Funny enough, apparently the only reason we got this track was that Jay was so entertained with fellow Roc Nation member Kevin Durant’s performance in the NBA Finals as he tweeted:

He later also dedicated the song to “all who are pushing forward through adversity, hard trials, and hate from the naysayers”, which can be lifted from the track itself with the lyrics of hook serving as encouragement to all those listening: “I walked across the water/I came by myself/Climbed the highest mountain/And I ain’t never backing down.”
