Brian McKnight – Genesis
Another R&B veteran makes the list. This wasn’t a hard choice because if the list were the mid 90s, early 2000s, three to five songs from the album would be in heavy radio rotation. Instead, this is just another project that went under the radar. But I thoroughly enjoyed this new album from Brian and hopefully he keeps putting out music consistently the way he has for the last few years.
