Anderson .Paak is back with new music just a couple years after being the breakout artist in the industry.  The protege of Dr. Dre released his critically album Malibu in January of 2016.  The project received rave reviews and kept himself in the conversation for album of the year. On November 16th the Anderson .Paak Oxnard album will be released.

Oxnard will be Paak’s first album released on Aftermath Entertainment and the last of his “beach series”, following 2014’s Venice and the aforementioned Malibu.  Dr. Dre and Madlib serve as executive producers for the album.

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Paak stated, “This is the album I dreamed of making in high school, when I was listening to Jay-Z’s The Blueprint, The Game’s The Documentary, and Kanye West’s The College Dropout.

The lead single from the new album is “Tints” featuring Kendrick Lamar.  The music video for the song was released exclusively on Apple Music.
