Raise up for Jackie Spade. The Kinston, North Carolina bred emcee is giving you the country feeling you need. Fresh off Spade’s newly released album, Aurafication album, we now have the visual for the single “Section 8”.
“Section 8” features Dreamville’s Lute, who is also a North Carolina native. The track is about shining, even when it seems impossible to shine. In the video, you can explore the neighborhood of Spade. The visual also finds Lute and Jackie Spade cruising through North Carolina. This music video is a dedication to Rasheem “Beanz” Thomas.
“Section 8” is the third single off of Aurafication. It follows “Country Love,” featuring Carolina’s own Petey Pablo, and “MIA,” a song about the joy of getting money.
Aurafication is 10 tracks with musical appearances from Pumaxay, Talidan Redd, Demar The Emcee and Monet in addition to Petey Pablo and Lute. It follows Jackie Spade’s 2017 EP Eclectic. Back in 2015 Spade was one of the highlights of the BET Hip-Hop Awards Cypher, performing alongside Joyner Lucas, Charles Hamilton and Tink.
