Do you have serious relationship questions? Just ask Dr. Nicole LaBeach! Relationship counselors, therapists, psychologists and life coaches have become more abundant over the last few years as many of us are looking to heal past traumas and be our best selves in our deep and personal relationships.

For those of us who have the means to seek a professional, in our community we tend to lean more to a life coach than a therapist or psychologist. Dr. Nicole LaBeach is the relationship counselor on the hit reality TV series Put a Ring on It, where she helps Black couples answer some series relationship questions.

Dr. Nicole LaBeach is a Results Maven with over 15 years of proven experience in the areas of executive coaching, change management, leader and organizational development, and diversity and inclusion.

She has counseled entrepreneurs and C-Suite leaders that are in healthcare, retail, banking, entertainment, and the telecommunication industries to maximize their results. She has also helped Pastors to leverage their leadership and organizational effectiveness of their church communities.

Dr. Nicole is a proud graduate of Spellman College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 1993. She then went on to attend Saint Louis University. There she earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and a M.S. in Clinical Psychology.

She is a Professional Certified Coach with The International Coaching Federation. As well as a master trained and certified coach through the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara, CA. Dr. LaBeach is currently based in the Atlanta area, although she is originally from Brooklyn, New York.

Not much is known about her personal life but during an interview on the talk show Talking with Tami, Dr. Nicole said, “My parents are from the Caribbean and my mother was a hairstylist. I grew up hearing women talk about their problems in the hair salon. Although my mom was a hairstylist, she often wore many hats like being a counselor, coach and prayer warrior and more while doing hair. It made me very intrigued to hear other people’s relationship problems, hopes and dreams.”

Dr. Nicole is an amazing life coach and relationship counselor, but she’s also an entrepreneur and a published author. She is the co-founder of a company called Sister Diamonds, LLC with Crystal Khalil.
