Several photos that Chris Brown has taken during recent meet and greets continue to surface. The photos, from his current tour with Lil Baby “One of Them Ones” have gone viral on Twitter. Many fans pointed out the unconventional and suggestive poses in the picture. This is the second time in 2 weeks that the Chris Brown meet and greet photos have trended.
Chris Brown defended the risqué photos by commenting on Instagram “Coolest fans on the planet”. On his Instagram Story he wrote “PSA!!! When artist (everyone) do concerts, they all have something called a VIP package. I haven’t done meet and greets in over 7 years…”
Brown continued in his post that he had the coolest fans. He said, unlike other artists who wouldn’t make eye contacts with people that made his career possible (fans) that he “appreciates the fuck outta them” . Chris Brown said the memories would last with them forever. He adds that he could go all out for his fans.
Chris is currently on tour with Lil Baby promoting his new album Breezy with stops all over the country.
Some fans thought that Brown had gone too far with the photos . However many acknowledged that the fans were getting their money’s worth for the VIP package that costs $3500. They reasoned that fans were paying good money for a one on one experience with their favorite stars ;so the pictures were not an excess.
A Connecticut based music marketing expert who was at the meet and greet, Shane Martin posted- “I’ve operated hundreds and hundreds of meet and greets over the years and never have I seen an artist interact with the fans the way Chris Brown did.
“Usually artists pose for the pic, maybe shake a hand or two and then say next, making the experience last about 20-30 seconds. But Chris Brown shook everyone’s hands, gave multiple hugs, signed multiple things, and took lots of entertaining pictures with each person! He actually stood there and talked to each fan for 3-4 minutes”
