According to reports, French Montana is selling his Hidden Hills mansion in Los Angeles.
Montana is leaving the exclusive, super affluent neighborhood months after Nicki Minaj settled in with her family.
The property is an ample size, including more than 1.3 acres and roughly 16,000 square feet. In 2020, French Montana shelled out $8.4 million for the mansion, nearly $1,000,000 less than Los Angeles Clippers basketball star Paul George had hoped to get for it.
Being the smooth NYC swindler that he is, the “Blue Chills” rapper is utilizing Tomer Fridman (his superstar real estate agent) to sell the estate for $22.75 million.
Fridman spoke about the sell, “It’s not just about the size of the house; it’s also about the grounds.
The Mansion French Montana Is Selling Is Beyond Plush
“You’ve got over an acre. You’ve got a sports court and a spa in the guesthouse down below. There’s everything you need for the California lifestyle.”
In addition to a full-size basketball court, a pool, and a spa bearing stone flooring, the property where Montana only resided for around three years also contains an eye-popping fire pit. A minimum of five vehicles can fit in the garage.
The Bad Boy rap star sold a different residence in 2021 in the gated neighborhood of Mureau Estates (which consists of 11 abodes in Hidden Hills).
That one was acquired from pop diva Selena Gomez and was substantially smaller, at only 8,600 square feet. The crib cost $5 million and has a resort-style rear yard.
