With her lead part in Ethan Berger’s film The Line, Grammy-nominated vocalist Halle Bailey has entered a new phase of her career.
The movie, which had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival, attempts to raise awareness of the troubling elements of the culture of fraternities and the necessity for change.
The college drama The Line focuses on the fictitious southern Kappa Nu Alpha fraternity in order to explore the negative aspects of fraternity life. It investigates disturbing conduct, hazing customs, and the cover-up of a fatality during a hazing episode.
A brilliant supporting cast, which includes Denise Richards, Lewis Pullman, Angus Cloud, Cheri Oteri, Austin Abrams, John Malkovich, Scoot McNairy, Bo Mitchell, and Alex Wolff lends support to Bailey’s performance.

‘The Line’ With Halle Bailey Is Coming Soon
The movie examines fraternity culture critically and seriously, spotlighting detestable actions such as drug use, racism, homophobia, and misogyny.
The Line wants to critique and spread awareness about detrimental practices in college fraternities by showing these characteristics that are not positive.
Following her portrayal in Disney’s live-action version of The Little Mermaid as Ariel, Halle Bailey has made tremendous advancements in the film industry. The movie set records with its highest ever opening for a movie with an African American female lead.
In addition, Bailey attracted attention for her role in the upcoming adaptation of The Color Purple, in which she will co-star with Fantasia and a stellar cast.
