Uh oh, it appears there’s trouble in paradise for Ariana Grande and her husband (Dalton Gomez) — but is there any truth to the couple splitting up?
Publications today revealed that the singer and the opulent real estate agent have been separated since January after Ariana showed up at the Wimbledon tournament without her wedding band.
Despite purportedly making an effort to patch things up “a few months back,” a source informed the publication that Grande and Gomez’s marriage “is heading for divorce.”
Although Dalton and Ariana have been thousands of miles apart since the Grammy winning songstress left in December to begin filming Wicked, their relationship problems actually began much earlier, according to TMZ.
According to a second insider who confirmed the couple’s separation to People, Grande and Gomez “have been quietly and lovingly working on their friendship.”

An inside source spilled some tea about the split up. “Ariana and Dalton’s friends have always been concerned by their whirlwind romance and felt their relationship would ultimately be short-lived,” claimed the insider.
“Their relationship has been rocky at different points, and they’ve had trouble making time for each other with scheduling issues.”
Their couple’s love swiftly became serious after they were quarantined together during the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, when Ariana and Dalton initially started dating.
Grande and Gomez exchanged vows in a “tiny and intimate” ceremony held in May 2021 at the singer’s abode, according to People.
In May of last year, to commemorate their second wedding anniversary, the “Thank U, Next” hitmaker released her most recent message about Dalton on Instagram.
On their wedding day, a black-and-white photograph was captured of the pair kissing while Ariana was still wearing her veil. And, the singer captioned the image: “2 [years married], 3.5 years together!!!! I love him so.”
