Just twenty four months after purchasing one of her two adjacent Beverly Hills houses, Rihanna has already sold it.

The ‘Diamonds’ singer, who is presently expecting her second baby with hip hop star A$AP Rocky, sold the four-bedroom, five-bathroom home to celebrity agent Tracey Jacobs for $10.3 million. Jacobs has worked with actors like Johnny Depp and Gwyneth Paltrow.

The 1930s house has a two-story main house, a guest apartment on top of a separate two-car garage, a long gated driveway, and up to eight parking spaces for visitors.

It was recently restored with light décor throughout and opulent features include a master bedroom with a spa-style shower, a half-size basketball court, and a swimming pool with poolside cabana before being purchased by Rihanna for $10 million in 2021.

House in LA Sold By Rihanna

Rihanna continues to reside in the $14 million home next door with her beau and their one-year-old child RZA despite having sold the multi-million dollar estate.

The 35-year-old purchased the 7,600 square foot mansion in 2021 and has previously provided followers with an Instagram tour of the family home. The house features seven bathrooms and five bedrooms.

But in March, a man was discovered on the property intending to pop the question to the singer, disturbing her tranquil haven.

According to The Daily Mail, the trespasser was handcuffed and put in a squad car after Rihanna’s security team alerted the police.

The intruder wasn’t charged, though, because it was determined that he hadn’t breached any laws.

The multi-talented celebrity, who is thought to be worth $1.4 billion, owns two penthouse residences also in Century City’s The Century building, one of which was formerly occupied by Friends star Matthew Perry.
