There is nothing quite as thrilling as being surprised by one of your favorite musicians. Bryson Tiller recently released a five-song SLUM TILLER mixtape.
Bryson Tiller was not the only musician to unveil a new project during this week, as we saw the debut of several new albums, including CiCi by Ciara and Power Rocket by Quavo. Nevertheless, he is the only one to do so without adequate promotion making his ep a surprise to fans.
The last time we heard Bryson’s voice on a track was on a feature. Earlier this year, he was featured by Victoria Monet (who is currently preparing to drop an album), in the song “We might be falling in love” which currently has 31 million streams.
On August 19, the artist took to his IG to announce the release of a new mixtape. The mixtape is a solo and has no other artist featured on it. Starting with the leading song, “Numb,” the album goes on to include other tracks like “Coy,” “Big Spender,” “stay gold,” and “Resolution.”
So it’s safe to assume that he has more than one surprise in store. Would there be a Vol. 2 anytime soon? Listen to Bryson Tiller’s Mixtape ‘SLUM TILLER VOL. 1’ below
