According to reports, Georgia has dismissed the homicide charges brought against Lul Timm, the alleged murderer of King Von.
Tim’s attorney announced the dismissal of the murder charges in the King Von death case on Sunday (August 20), according to The Source.
After rumors circulated online stating that his client was no longer being investigated for the murder of the Chicago hip hop star, the attorney confirmed in a statement that “the case against Mr. Leeks was dismissed prior to ever being indicted.”
Following an altercation between Von’s entourage and Quando Rondo‘s crew, the “Don’t Miss” rapper was shot on November 6, 2020 outside an Atlanta hookah lounge. Three individuals died and six were injured.
In March 2021, Lul Tim, who was shot as well during the fatal altercation, was taken into custody on murder-related charges. Shortly after paying a $100,000 bond, he was later freed from police custody.

Asian Doll, who was King Von’s ex-girlfriend, replied over the weekend to the information that Tim’s charges had been dismissed in a since-deleted tweet.
“Because the police said Tim ain’t kill him the police did,” Doll posted.
In 2021, Quando Rondo discussed the fatal shooting in an interview with Angela Yee, saying he and his team shot in self-defense after being ambused by King Von’s posse.
“I’m thinking these were some regular individuals. So I’m letting this group come by. Next thing you know, a n*gga hit me. Boom bow. I lie to you not. It’s like I had an out-of-body experience,” Rondo explained.
Tim debuted a brand-new song on Monday (August 21) titled “Left a Stain,” in which he made reference to the homicide investigation.
As his ankle monitor is taken off, he spits, “I told ’em about my good news/I’m about to beat this case,” in the video that goes along with the track.
