Noname Drops Her Second Album, “Sundial” after 5 Years
Noname has returned to the music industry after an extended absence of five years. Chicago rapper, Noname has finally released her long-awaited second studio album, titled “Sundial.”
The female rapper from Chicago experienced a meteoric rise in popularity in 2017 and is renowned for being honest in her bars. The rapper made the announcement regarding the release of her album back in July. Take a look at the album’s cover
It so happens that Sundial is the follow-up to her debut album, Room 25, which was released in 2018. An album on which she collaborated with local Chicago artists such as Phoelix, Ravyn Lenae, and Saba.
Noname’s second album, Sundial is an 11-track extended play that features a variety of guest appearances. It features Jimetta Rose and Voices of Creation on “hold me down,” Jay Electronica and Eryn Allen Kane on “balloons,” Ayoni on “boomboom,” $ilkMoney, billy woods, and STOUT on “gospel?”, and Common and Ayoni on the closer “oblivion.”
