It appears that Bill Cosby is now the target of another lawsuit and is being sued by a woman who alleges the comedian sexually assaulted her more than five decades ago.
According to Hollywood Unlocked, Donna Motsinger is saying that Bill Cosby exploited her back in 1972 in court documents that were obtained by the news organization by Cosby’s accuser.
Motsinger asserts that it took place while she was a waitress at the Trident restaurant in Sausalito, California. She asserts that while she was employed there, Cosby frequently dropped by just to visit her.
Cosby allegedly asked her to go with him to the Circle Star Theater in San Carlos one day. According to the court records, she claims that when the actor picked her up in the limo and gave her some wine when she got in, she started to feel unwell after they entered his dressing area.
She claims that after feeling unwell, Cosby offered her a medication that she mistook for aspirin, but after ingesting it, she started to lose consciousness. She just remembered his team re-boarding her in the limo, after which she saw only flashing lights.
Bill Cosby Being Sued Once More
Motsinger claims in the lawsuit that she was just wearing her underwear when she woke up in her home and that is when she “knew she had been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby.” Motsinger claims that since the supposed abuse, she has experienced mental, emotional, and physical strain, and she is now requesting compensation from Cosby.
The Ghost Dad star’s attorney responded to this lawsuit by telling TMZ, “no comment at this present time because this is utterly ridiculous and pointless.”
According to prior reports, songstress Morganne Picard is suing Cosby on the grounds that he also drugged and sexually assaulted her. Picard alleges that the iconic comedian violated her sexually by using his “power, fame, and prestige” in the lawsuit.
The Carsey-Werner Company, NBC Universal Media, and Kaufman Astoria Studios were all named defendants in the action.
