Showtime’s Dreaming Whilst Black, and we are bringing you all the details on the cast, release date, and everything else that you need to know about it. The Dreaming Whilst Black series will premiere on September 8th on Showtime.
The original Dreaming Whilst Black web series was a huge success. In July 2023, the series was broadcast on BBC Three and would be coming to US this month.
Adjani Salmo is credited as a co-creator and co-writer of the show. Additionally, the web series earned Salmon numerous accolades and nominations (including the 2022 BAFTA for Emerging Talent: Fiction and Screen International Star of Tomorrow).
Synopsis
The story of Kwabena (Salmon), an ambitious filmmaker working in a dead-end recruitment job who decides to take the first step toward attaining his ambition.
Watch how kwabena strives to overcome the challenges he faces while he juggles through his personal values, his romantic life, as well as his career. Will he overcome the hurdles life has in store?
