Keke Wyatt, born Ke’Tara Shavon, was born on March 10, 1982 in Indianapolis, Ind. At the age of ten, many of her neighbors were fascinated by her vocals. She recorded her first song during this time, “What If,” which would eventually end up on a gospel compilation album for R.H. Duncan, who was also based in Indiana.

By the time she reached her teens, Wyatt was working closely with producer/songwriter Steve “Stone” Huff. She created many demo songs for gospel labels as she continued to improve her songwriting skills.

From there, she started her career by performing in a number of girl bands, one being The Dolls. Rumors claim that The Dolls were the girl group that eventually turned into Destiny’s Child. Keke was the lead in The Dolls, but as rumors claim, Beyonce replaced her.

It wasn’t until her collaboration with singer Avant, with the hit song “My First Love” (2000) that she established her fan base. By 2001, after she dropped her rendition of “Nothing In This World,” she saw a promising turn in her career.

Throughout her career, she dated and loved. Some were new loves, some were old loves, but with each love, she brought in new life. Here’s a look at Keke Wyatt’s dating history.

Keke Wyatt was married to Rahmat Morton for nearly a decade.

Keke married Rahmat Morton, her road manager at the time, when she was 18 years old and suffered a great deal of domestic abuse.

During their marriage, which began in 2000 and ended in 2009, the two welcomed three children: Keyver Wyatt Morton, Rahjah Ke’ Morton & Ke’Tarah Victoria Morton.

According to Billboard, in 2002, Keke was accused of stabbing Rahmat with a steak knife in self-defense on Christmas Day. It wasn’t long after the birth of their last child that the couple decided to part ways.

Keke Wyatt and Michael Jamar Ford married in 2010.

In 2010, Keke got remarried to Michael Jamar Ford, who was an ordained minister. He appeared on the reality TV series R&B Divas with Keke.

By 2013, Keke was a mother of five children — three from her marriage to Rahmat and two with Michael: Ke’Mar Von Ford and Wyatt Michael Ford. In 2015, she had her seventh child, a daughter, Ke’Yoshi Bella Ford, and in 2017, Keke had their eighth child, Kendall Miguel Ford. The two split shortly after.

Following her split from Michael, Keke spun the block and started dating her childhood ex-boyfriend Zachariah Darring. In November of 2018, she announced her pregnancy with her ninth child, Ke’Riah David Darring.

Her tenth child was born in 2022 with rare genetic disorder. Keke and Zachariah called Ke’Zyah their “miracle baby.” In 2023, the two decided to venture into the reality TV world with their show, Keke Wyatt’s World on WEtv. The show was Keke’s return to reality television after starring in R&B Divas on TV ONE, years earlier.

However, when many of her fans asked about her husband Zachariah on Instagram Live, Keke hinted that things had gone left. According to Essence, Keke stated that she no longer had a husband, “Let him choke your a**.”

So, as of now, it seems Keke is single yet again. She was spotted with Anthony Whitehead but claims that they are just friends.
