Diddy is being accused of raping a young girl who was just 13 years old during the afterparty of the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards, according to a complaint that was filed recently. Seven additional legal complaints have been filed against Diddy with allegations that he committed sexual assault and rape.
According to the allegations made in the legal document, Sean “Diddy” Combs and two other celebrities were responsible for the sexual assault of a young girl who was thirteen years old at the 2000 VMAs afterparty.
The plaintiff, who is now a 37-year-old lady, says she went to an empty bedroom to lie down for a bit after having a spiked drink at the after-party. While she did not receive an invitation to the awards ceremony itself, she did receive one to an after-party, which she acknowledged.
In the legal filing at the Southern District of York by Buzzbee on Sunday, “Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room… Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her and said, ‘You are ready to party!’”
Not long after, the “Plaintiff was held down by Celebrity A who vaginally raped her while Combs and Celebrity B, a female, watched… After the male celebrity finished, Combs then vaginally raped Plaintiff while the Celebrity A and Celebrity B watched.”
Following the incident, she sank into profound despair. The plaintiff suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). which continues to have an impact on every aspect of her life.
