South Korean boy group Stray Kids have made a name for themselves in Western music after having multiple successful albums, several hit songs and two appearances at Lollapalooza. Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N are the eight talented individuals in the well-known band. So without further ado, let’s get on with introducing the Stray Kids members.
Meet The Stray Kids
No. 1. Bang Chan

Christopher Chan Bahng, also known as Bang Chan, is the group’s leader. While best known for his rapping, he also holds positions as a vocalist, dancer, producer, and writer on the team. He is part of the sub-unit 3racha, which consists of the rap line of the group. He also helps to write and produce a lot of the group’s music. Some fan favorite performances of his include his parts in “Wolfgang” and “Mayfly” from the Kingdom performances.
No. 2. Lee Know

Minho Lee, better known as Lee Know, is one of the group’s dancers along with Hyunjin and Felix. Born in Gimpo, South Korea, Lee Know started dancing in middle school. He was introduced to the K-Pop world as a backup dancer for world famous K-Pop group BTS on their tour in Japan. Once he joined Stray Kids, he choreographed multiple dances for the group, one being “Hellavator” soon after their debut. Some noteworthy performances he did were his group cover of “Tiger Inside” by SuperM and his performance of Stray Kids song “Taste” with Hyunjin and Felix.
No. 3. Changbin

Seo Changbin, also known as SpearB, is one of the rappers and producers of Stray Kids. Born in Yongin, South Korea, he realized he wanted to be a singer after performing at a school fair. He was accepted as a trainee with JYPE as a teen and trained there for two years. He is part of 3racha with Bang Chan and Han, and helps write songs for the group. Some noteworthy performances of his include his solo performance for “Ultra” and his part in the “Mayfly” Kingdom performance.
No. 4. Hyunjin

Hwang Hyunjin is one of the dancers of Stray Kids, but also does so much more. While not a part of 3racha, he also helps write and produce some songs for the group. One of these songs includes “Red Lights,” which is the ninth most popular song by Stray Kids according to Spotify. He is an ambassador for Versace, and also was chosen as “Artist of the Month” in October of 2021, which led him to perform a dance piece for Studio Choom. He was also in the JYPE family performance in December of 2022.Â
No. 5. Han

Han Jisung is the third member of 3racha. Also known as J.One, Han is a rapper and producer of Stray Kids. He is also known as the ace of the team. Born in Incheon, South Korea, he moved to Malaysia at a young age and schooled there for some of his childhood. Once he got accepted to JYPE, he trained there for three years. He made an appearance in the survival show for younger group “NEXZ” as a judge with Bang Chan and Changbin. Some noteworthy performances he’s done are his solo performance for an unreleased song called “Don’t Say” and his part in the Mayfly Kingdom Performance.Â
No. 6. Felix
Felix (Yongbok) Lee is the third member of the dance line. While his parents are Korean, he was born in Sydney, Australia and went to school there. After joining JYPE, he was only a trainee for a year which is less than the average trainee period (two to three years). He has multiple talents outside of being an idol including swimming and taekwondo which has been brought up multiple times in interviews. Some popular performances by him include his parts in the “In Summer” performance in 2020, and “Wolf” from the Kingdom performances.
No. 7. Seungmin

Seungmin Kim is one of two members of the vocal line. Born in Seoul, South Korea, he joined JYPE in 2017 as a teen. During the Kingdom competition performances, he performed with Jongho of Ateez and Eunkwang of BTOB, also the main singers of their groups. He loves basketball and baseball, and his most recent solo song was about his love for baseball. Some other noteworthy performances from Seungmin include his solo stage for “As We Are” and his parts in “Hall of Fame.”
No. 8. I.N

Last but not least, Yang Jeongin also known as I.N is the youngest of the group and the second member of the vocal line. Born in Busan, South Korea, once he made it into JYPE, he was a trainee for two years. He struggled a lot with dancing and got a lot of help from Hyunjin in the beginning. However, he has since greatly improved on this skill as seen in his kingdom performance and Stray Kids music videos. He sings trot music really well, and appeared on the show “Masked Singer” in 2020 with a trot styled song.
