N.O.R.E aka Noreaga legally known as Victor Santiago is being charged with sexual assault in a new lawsuit by Nas baby mama, Carmen Bryan.
The sexual assault allegedly happened in a nightclub in Manhattan. The plaintiff, Carmen Bryan, says that the incident happened in 1999, over 20 years ago.
N.O.R.E aka Noreaga, was supposedly promoting his second album that night the incident took place. Carmen disclosed that she did not consent to physical touch, and neither did she give any signs to indicate she wanted one.

She recalled how the incident began, stating things escalated from an approach to an assault. She recollected, “In the thick of a crowded nightclub, with music pounding, bodies moving, and patrons close enough to see, Santiago forced himself onto Ms. Bryan.”
The lawsuit read, “He approached her while visibly intoxicated. He did so without invitation, permission, or consent.”
Whether the rapper allegedly assaulted her under the influence or not, she claims her opinions were not respected that night. She added, Santiago forcibly grabbed intimate areas of Ms. Bryan’s body in full public view. Using significant physical force, Santiago seized Ms. Bryce, bypassed her undergarments, and committed an act of non-consensual digital penetration. He did so in the presence of Ms. Bryan’s friends and other nightclub patrons.”
Why is Carmen suing Noreaga for sexual assault?
Despite this incident happening over twenty years ago, she explained why she’s just seeking justice. She admitted to Cassie’s and Diddy’s case being a trigger for her and urging her to speak up.
Her legal team is saying that “Ms. Bryan is coming forward not only to demand accountability for the lasting trauma and public humiliation inflicted upon her, but to challenge the culture of entitlement that treats women’s bodies as collateral damage.”

According to Carmen’s team, he reportedly confessed he didn’t know it was her and was intoxicated that night. He reported said, “’Carm, I didn’t know it was you’.
