Remy & Papoose: A Merry Mackie Holiday – Premiering Monday December 18th @ 9PM ET

The reigning king and queen of #RelationshipGoals, Remy Ma and Papoose from VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: New York” are in rare holiday spirit and are kicking off the season with a VH1 one-hour special. They are inviting viewers to join them for what they are calling, A  Merry Mackie Holiday.

The superstar couple will be busy preparing for the first ultimate celebration Remy has spent with her family since her release from prison. 7 Winters & 6 Summers ago to be exact. Her new album fitting the same name is scheduled for an early 2018 release.

The visual for the first single from the album, the hot “Wake Me Up” featuring Lil’ Kim recently premiered and while this is currently slaying the charts.

The success of the single, coupled with Remy’s recent signing to Columbia Records and the hiring of Vince Herbert to be her manager definitely has 2018 looking like it’s going to be a breakout year for the Bronx bred rapper.

As for the Merry Mackie Holiday, things are not so great back home as they prepare to have the most fabulous holiday party for their friends and family at their new North Carolina home, which they haven’t quite completely moved into yet. With only 72 hours to pull everything together, this could be the holiday party from hell! Remy views this party as an opportunity to unify her blended family and turn their North Carolina house into her home and sanctuary. Of course, with their wedding anniversary right around the corner she wants to make it super special for Papoose.

Unfortunately, the house is not ready, the furniture still hasn’t arrived, and Remy is losing it! Eager to see Remy enjoy this holiday in grand style with all the trimmings and with all her family, Papoose is determined not to let anything get in the way of Remy enjoying this family holiday. He wants to make her first Christmas home extra special. So, he’s going out of his way to make it all happen!

With a host of both her family and his expected to attend, including one of Remy’s closest friends, who she endearingly calls her brother, rapper Fat Joe, who’s schedule is booked but Papoose must figure out how to get him there. Can they pull this together in time? Or will they have a Merry Mackie Holiday disaster they will never forget on their hands?
