A Look Back At Former Stars of Love & Hip-Hop: New York | Where Are They Now???

The drama of Love & Hop Hip: New York Season 7 kicked off on Monday, December 5, 2016 with some familiar faces:  Yandy Smith, Cardi B, the entire Creep Squad, Remy Ma and Papoose; some new faces:  DJ Drewski, Felicia “Snoop” Pearson; and some we missed you, glad you’re back faces:  Kim “Kimbella” Vanderhee and Juelz Santana, among others.

The Love & Hip Hop franchise consists of three shows that take place in New York, Atlanta and Hollywood. And, all three of these shows tend to keep us on our toes. We are so hooked on the drama that airs every week, that we can’t stay away from the gossip that flows all over the internet in-between shows.  Like whether or n0t the entire cast of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta is going to be fired. Or wondering where all our favorite cast members who have left the show in previous seasons are now. Just because they left doesn’t mean that we don’t think about them, and the hours of endless entertainment they gave us. So, why don’t you pull up a chair, sit back, and reflect on old times, as we bring you up to date on some of Love & Hip Hop New York’s notorious members.

Joe Budden

It has been two years since the member of Slaughterhouse, Joe Budden entertained us on a weekly basis. The former reality star has gotten over his breakup with Love & Hip Hop and then girlfriend Tahiry Jose.  He’s since been putting the pieces of his life back together. He doesn’t act like he misses the VH1 show at all.

Where Are They Now:

Joe was a member of Slaughterhouse and a solo Rap star before he became a regular member of Love & Hip Hop. Since leaving the show, he still never ceases to entertain us. He recently engaged in a beef with rapper Drake, releasing quite a few tracks clownin’ him as well.

In more music news, Budden just released a new album in November produced entirely by aarabMUZIK called Rage & The Machine. This past June, the rapper supposedly performed his last show as Joe Budden. He has decided to tour under the name “Rage” from now on. So, all us fans don’t have to worry. He will still be entertaining us with his lyrics, just under a different name.

These days romantically he seems to be quite happy with Cyn Santana, another former Love & Hip Hop star.

Cyn Santana

Model, fashion designer, comedian and singer Cyn Santana split from Love & Hip Hop and Erica Mena, but not from our lives.  She began on the series in season 4 as a supporting character before becoming a series regular in season 5.

 Where Are They Now:

Cyn is still living in the fast lane. Not much has changed since she left Love & Hip Hop. Her modeling career is still in full swing. She has started a clothing line called NU by Cyn Santana, which we can see the model frequently wearing out on the streets.

Her relationship with Joe Budden is going well. Things are still looking good for them both.

Erica Mena

After her breakup with Cyn, Erica Mena left Love & Hip Hop to create a spin off with former fiancé Bow Wow.  She appeared on Love & Hip Hop for seasons 3 through 5 as a star, after beginning as a supporting character in season 2.

Where Are They Now:

For all of those fans who miss watching her on a weekly basis, Erica Mena is going to grace our screens with her presence again. She has a few projects for TV and film in 2017. She is working on a television project, as well as a show on Netflix.  Stay tuned and get ready to see another side of the reality star that you have not seen before.
