Fat Joe & Remy Ma ‘Plata O Plomo’ Album Tracklist Revealed

Fat Joe & Remy Ma Plata O Plomo Album Set For February Release

Fat Joe and Remy Ma may have one of the top five most anticipated Hip-Hop albums this year. The album now officially has a name and it has a release date. The Plata O Plomo album hits stores on February 17th!  The joint album from Joe and Remy will be the first release from Fat Joe since his 2011 mixtape The Darkside Vol. 2. Remy Ma hasn’t had a release since her 2006 debut album, There’s Something About Remy: Based on a True Story.

The Plata O Plomo album is executive produced by longtime Fat Joe producers Cool & Dre.  Just looking at the tracklist there are an overwhelming number of features, but the singles so far haven’t disappointed so the hope is that the features aren’t too overwhelming on the album.

Plata O Plomo translates to Silver or Lead in spanish, a term that signifies money or bullets.  Joe and Remy are on their realest gangsta shit with that.  The term was used on the Netflix series, Narcos.
