La La Anthony Confirms That She Is Not Divorcing Carmelo Anthony

La La Anthony Not Divorcing Carmelo Anthony… Yet

One of the stars of the hit Starz series, Power, La La Anthony is on her press tour promoting the series. Today, she took to the Wendy Williams show. The press tour also gives La La an opportunity to clear up rumors about her relationship with NBA player, Carmelo Anthony. The two have been separated since April with allegations saying that Melo had an affair.

La La had a number of quotes about Carmelo and wha the future holds for them. Here’s some of what she had to say:

“You know marriages are tough, and you know that. We all know that. It’s filled with ups and downs. We are just going through a time right now. Him and I are the best of friends and our No. 1 commitment is to our son Kiyan, and we have to set an example for Kiyan and that’s what’s most important to me. That’s my son’s father and he is an amazing dad. I could not ask for a better dad.”

La La says that she is focused on herself and her glow up!
“I’m trying to get myself in order,” she said.

“I’m in the gym every day. I’m eating right,” she explained. “I’m taking out all the bad stuff in my life and just really dating and focusing on myself, which is something women need to do more often, put ourselves first.”

Wendy Williams joked, “It seems like he wants you back.” Without missing a beat Anthony responded, “Why wouldn’t he?”
