Omari Hardwick and Meagan Good are set to star in the new movie, ‘A Boy. A Girl. A Dream.‘ The movie was written and directed by Qasim Basir, the mind behind the critically acclaimed film Mooz-lum starring Danny Glover and Nia Long.
‘A Boy. A Girl. A Dream.’Â is about a Los Angeles club promoter named Cass, played by Hardwick, who finds himself spending the night out with Frida, played by Good, on the night of the 2016 Presidential election. Their time together is a thrilling and emotional journey as the two try to find purpose and revisit broken dreams.
The movie will be in theaters September 14 with the help of Samuel Goldwyn Films and Datari Turner Productions.
The film was co-written by Samantha Tanner. It also stars Jay Ellis (Insecure), Dijon Talton (Glee), Wesley Jonathan (What I Like About You), and Affion Crockett (A Haunted House).
