Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White took to social media, for the second time this week making headlines.  This time Blac Chyna shared a statement on her legal battle with the Kardashians.  Blac Chyna is suing the Kardashians for defamation, related to her issues with the family from 2017.

“I plan to re-focus my attention on my trial against Kris Jenner and her daughters Kim, Khloe, and Kylie which starts in 13 days. When they got my #1 hit show killed back in January 2017, that not only hurt me financially and emotionally, that hurt my beautiful KIDS,” Chyna said in her statement on IG Live and Twitter.

“I’m taking them to court to stand up for my legal rights and to be an example to my kids that ‘what’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong.’ And what they did was so wrong. ”

“I am so thankful that a jury will finally listen to what really happened behind closed doors —the lies that were told and the damage that was done. At the end of the trial, I’m going to be able to proudly tell King and Dream that I did everything I could to right the wrong that was done to me. And that, in life, it is my hope that they will be able to stand up for themselves when it matters too. Peace and Love to you all. Angela.”

Blac Chyna Statement on Kardshian Suit

Blac Chyna’s show, Rob & Chyna was cancelled by E! network back in 2017.  Rob Kardashian and Chyna were broken up, but Chyna claims that the show was canned because of claims made my Kris Jenner and the Kardashian sisters about being physically violent towards Rob.  The legal action has been tied up in court for years.

In 2021, Blac Chyna was finally given the green light to sue Jenner and the Kardashians in a jury trial.  She seeks “millions of dollars” in damages.

Just this week Blac Chyna was trending because she said she received no support from the father’s of her children, Tyga and Rob Kardashian.  Both of them shot down those claims, saying that they paid for their children’s education and had majority custody.

In a separate suit, Blac Chyna is also suing Rob Kardashian for leaking her nudes back in 2017.
